Cargas Energy Customer Survey Results

Back in June, we contacted a representative at each of our customers live on the Cargas Energy system asking for their participation in a Customer Survey.  Our goal was to generate feedback in the following functional areas: Marketing, Sales, Product, Consulting and Ongoing Support.  We are delighted to report that we’ve had over 60% of our customer representatives respond, providing us with 189 pages of data to evaluate. This is a fantastic result, and we can’t thank you enough for your participation.  But, I’m sure you are wondering…what’s next?

 

We made a promise to you at the beginning of the survey to do the following:

  • We will process the information from this survey and will report back any changes made as a result of your responses
  • Information gathered will be reviewed by all teams within Cargas Energy and will not be stuck in silos
  • We will empower Cargas employees to make decisions to address customer needs and expectations
  • We will strive to strengthen relationships with our Customers

 

It’s time to deliver on that promise.  We have already compiled the results, shared the summary data with our entire Cargas Energy team, and have begun the process of a more detailed review by our managers with their functional team members.   Your feedback will be used to develop strategies to help you and future users of Cargas Energy have a more fulfilling and profitable experience.

 

The following are a few highlights of the survey:

  • Cargas Energy is easier to learn, easier to use and is a considered a vast improvement over the systems it replaced
  • 80% of respondents feel that Cargas Energy has improved the value of their business
  • Focus is needed on transitions between Sales, Consulting and Ongoing Support
  • Cargas Energy users are eager to have continuing education beyond the initial implementation
  • 74% of respondents feel that Cargas’ on-going support is an improvement over their prior provider
