Introducing Cargas Energy’s New Texting Functionality

Lancaster, Pennsylvania – August 25, 2021 Cargas, a leading software provider for fuel delivery and HVAC service companies, is pleased to announce the launch of its latest Cargas Energy feature. Cargas Energy’s texting functionality allows fuel dealers to deliver personalized messages to their customers automatically.

Embedded Texting Capabilities

“We want to help our Cargas Energy customers provide a great experience for their end consumers,” said Aaron Cargas, VP of Product Development. “We know today’s consumers expect personalized communications about the products or services they’ve purchased. By embedding texting functionality in Cargas Energy, we’re allowing fuel dealers to provide the communication customers expect, and we’ve automated the process.”

Cargas Energy texting automatically sends messages to customers based on trigger events in the software, like the creation of a service work order or a will call delivery ticket. Information from fields in Cargas Energy can be pulled into the messages to personalize them for each customer.

In addition to automatically generating messages, Cargas Energy texting allows fuel dealers to hold and track text conversations directly within the software.
