• Software: Cargas Energy software is priced per user including back office and mobile users. This include all of what we consider core functionality for delivery and service. The user based pricing means the total cost is lower for companies with less users, and higher for companies with more users. We work with companies of all sizes from a few trucks up to national companies with hundreds or thousands of trucks.
• Other Modules: On top of the per user pricing there are some optional modules that you may or may not want to use. For example, we have a module for credit card processing, DTN pricing import, and the list goes on. Many of these are integrations to other partners or software. These can be included with the initial purchase or added later.
• Hardware: If you use mobile like the majority of our customers, there will be tablets and truck mounting hardware to buy.
• Implementation: We strive to provide efficient cost effective implementations. We provide a library of online training video’s you can view whenever you want. We convert the data from your old system for you. We will typically offer you a fixed price for implementation so you know upfront what your total costs will be. The exact implementation cost number is based on your number of users and the additional modules you choose.  
• Yearly Costs: We charge flat percentage of your initial software price yearly. This number includes unlimited software support and software updates we which apply for you automatically. There are no hidden charges or extra hourly fees related to support or upgrades.
